Manufacturer of DanJo Windows & Doors, vinyl windows and doors, warrants to the original registered purchaser that any basic window or door product is free of manufacturing, material or installation defects. This warranty applies to the lifetime of the window or door, subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein, as long as the owner resides in the home in which the windows or doors were installed. This warranty shall not apply to any products installed on commercial property and products installed by customer. Warranty will be voided if a window is removed and re-installed by customer or if project is not paid in full. Vinyl DanJo Windows & Doors warrants that the vinyl extrusions used in the manufacture of DanJo Windows & Doors vinyl windows and doors are free from material defects and subject to the conditions listed below: will not crack, warp, pit, corrode, peel or blister, and that it will retain its proper color characteristics under normal use and service for as long as the original owner resides in the home in which the products were installed. Glass DanJo Windows & Doors warrants that the original factory installed insulating glass units will not “fail” for the lifetime of the product. “Failure” includes any material obstruction of vision caused by dust collection or moisture formation between the interior glasses of the sealed unit. Window Screens DanJo Windows & Doors warrants re-screen fixed window screens for life. Patio Door & Doggie Door Screens DanJo Windows & Doors warrants patio pet door screen & doggie door parts for 1 year. This warranty does not include any damages or defect resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, negligence or act of Mother Nature, such as hurricane, flood and earthquake. This warranty also does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the products or damage/defects caused by paint, solvents or chemicals after market tints, customer applied finishes, fumes, vapors, mildew, air pollution, failures of walls/foundation. In addition, loss of function of hardware installed in houses within 2 miles of the ocean or a body of salt water. Caulking, trim and other cosmetic parts are not covered as they are considered maintenance issues. DanJo Windows & Doors reserves the right to charge for labor and materials if the contract holder requests “touch up” work to be done on the products installed in your home. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and remains effective as long as the original purchaser owns and occupies the home. In addition, if the home is sold within 10 years of the beginning of coverage, DanJo will extend coverage under this warranty to any subsequent owners of the home for a period of 10 years from the beginning of coverage. In the event the products covered by this warranty are not available, DanJo Windows & Doors has the right to substitute a product that is of equal quality and price. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS OF THE CERTIFICATE ARE LIMITED TO THEIR PRECISE TERMS AND PROVIDES EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. DANJO WINDOWS & DOORS IS NOT LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. DANJO WINDOWS & DOORS’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT THAT DANJO WINDOWS & DOORS RECEIVED FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE LIMITED WARRANTY MADE BY DANJO WINDOWS & DOORS.
