In summer 2003, Danny Pham, owner of DanJo Windows and Doors, set out to get new windows and doors for his house.  After an exhaustive research, he decided to go with a local company to get his home retrofitted with vinyl windows and doors.  The products were excellent, the purchase resulted in a significant saving of energy bills, along with other benefits, such as noise reduction, free of sun damaged furniture, carpet or hardwood floor caused by harmful UV radiation, etc...  However, the experience left him with a feeling of dissatisfaction with the operation and customer service.  

As a successful businessman in the field of customer service, he felt strongly that he can introduce these wonderful products to others, and to provide the service quality that is second-to-none.  He and his sister, HongChau  Pham, started DanJo Windows and Doors.  

Through hard-work, dedication, and a passion to succeed they have now earned the trust of the clients spanning the greater area of Southern California.  DanJo’s most successful advertisement campaign has been through words of mouth.  Once you become DanJo’s customer, chances are you will talk to your relatives, friends, and neighbors about DanJo, its products and excellent customer service.
