WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

The VINYL WINDOWS LLC warranty that the windows and doors you purchased may be enjoyed for many years of use in your home. Manufacturer of VINYL WINDOWS LLC , vinyl windows and doors, warrants to the original registered purchaser that any basic window or door product is free of manufacturing, material or installation defects. This warranty applies to the lifetime of the window or door, subject to the conditions and limitations listed herein, as long as the owner resides in the home in which the windows or doors were installed. This warranty shall not apply to any products installed on commercial property.

Vinyl

VINYL WINDOWS LLC warrants that the vinyl extrusions used in the manufacture of VINYL WINDOWS LLC vinyl windows and doors are free from material defects and subject to the conditions listed below: will not crack, warp, pit, corrode, peel or blister, and that it will retain its proper color characteristics under normal use and service for as long as the original owner resides in the home in which the products were installed.

Glass

VINYL WINDOWS LLC warrants that the original factory installed insulating glass units will not “fail” for the lifetime of the product. “Failure” includes any material obstruction of vision caused by dust collection or moisture formation between the interior glass of the sealed unit.

Installation

VINYL WINDOWS LLC warranty covers our installation for as long as you own your home. The warranty does not cover act of Mother Nature, such as hurricane, flood, and earthquake ECT.. Caulking, trim and other cosmetic parts are not covered as they are considered maintenance issues. VINYL WINDOWS LLC reserves the right to charge for labor and materials if the contract holder requests “ touch up ” work to be done on the products installed in your home.

THE WARRANTY SET FORTH IN THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS OF THE CERTIFICATE ARE LIMITED TO THEIR PRECISE TERMS AND PROVIDES EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. VINYL WINDOWS LLC IS NOT LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. VINYL WINDOWS LLC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THE LIFE TIME WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT THAT VINYL WINDOWS LLC RECEIVED FOR THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE LIMITED WARRANTY MADE BY VINYL WINDOWS LLC.
